Wow, you're really very jun - there was a dumping of >80M shares in the morning. Just wondering if you know who was dumping today. What's the outlook for tomorrow? Anymore such dumping? You insider?

Only the desperate (may OHL) will sell at 0.5c. Even at 1c, it is considered a steal. It will definitely rise from the grave soon. Ask Mr E.

Looks like it is following a senile old man's advise by turning in its' grave - definitely worth a punt at 1c. A massive 44.x millions shares changed hands at the closing transaction. What an impressive upturn. DYORR.

Sorry, re earlier post, inventories is $15 mio only. Trade receivables of $30 mio. These are part of NTAs. And if they fail to collect only 10% of the huge receivables, those numbers shown below remain the same. Even based on NTA of $11 mio, it is still silly to pay $126 mio for a business thats not generating any cash .

With this share placement, shareholders equity is $23 mio. Ignoring goodwill of $12 mio, NTA is only $11 mio. Also they have inventories of about $30 mio as part of their current assets. How much of these inventories are obsolete by now ? if 40 percent of this inventories are obsolete by now, NTA is ZERO ? If only 20 percent is written off then the NTA is $5 mio. NTA per share is $5 mio divided by 1,688,488.970 shares means 0.2961 cents / share or $0.002961 per share ( about one third of a cent NOT 2.9 cents) . In other words with 1,688,488,970 shares and current share price of $0.075, one is paying $126,636,672 for $5 mio worth of assets that is currently not generating any profits !!!!!!  Oh my Buddha ! Pay 126 mio for $5mio !!!!
