The highest can cha "high high" is at 0.145c for this wk oni. Remember conversion exe px is 0.05c, by the way how long does it take to convert - few days to one week ?, at 0.13c today (Nov 26, 2010).
Can some kind soul forumers further elaborate !!....need to pay the different or not ?.
Note - warrant price (which oneself bought) + exercise price in exchange for the mother share
He bot mother shares at about 6c - 8c (read some where in the forum).
PL converted another 50+ mil of warrants into shares (+ 4.39% more), and currently holds 22.01% of total outstanding shares. This shows that he is still vested in this Co. and definitely has plans for it.
Caveat Emptor.
Observe very strong support at $0.13.
if i am PL, i will "cha" high high until the price beyond recognition... then take profit for some!!!
but dont think PL think like me... haha... so i rather he sell below 0.10 for me to buy some... waited soo long! today closed agani 0.14, there i told u all liao, maybe lowest price in the mkt now.

Dats y i used 0.01(lowest warrant price) + 0.05 = 0.06 ma...
For those who bought the warrants @ the cheapest price.. will breakeven @ 0.06 lo... unless there are some like u la.. 0.03 also got makan..
haha....
Wonder who are majority of the warrant holders.....

For those who bought the warrants @ the cheapest price.. will breakeven @ 0.06 lo... unless there are some like u la.. 0.03 also got makan..

Eh... sometime sell in the morning, buy back in the afternoon. Sometime sell first, buy back later. The last kenna stuck at 17.5cents.hehe...
Walau cathylmg, u r very clever. U bought cheaper than PL.

PL bought price between 0.06 - 0.08...
will he be soo kind to let us buy cheaper than him? i doubt so...

Once it fell below 0.1, i will save more $$$ to buy... i think the war chest of informatics is growing... getting richer by the days go by... and best is, its getting profits every quarter, meanning the board manamagent strategy is working perfectly.
Have to be patient to buy more of informatics shares... but its hovering around this price and i am waiting to buy more... can average more :)

The exercise price for each new share is 5 cents. How much was the warrant when it was first issue?
After all warrants exercised, Informatics Edu will have some close to S$10m in it's war chest for greater things to come. You'll see the stock cheonging in Jan 2011. Looking forward to it hitting the moon next year. Multi-bagger! Caveat Emptor.

EXERCISE PRICE - Price of the Warrants is S$0.05
Warrants will then be de-listed by 31 Dec 2010.
why??. PL just did that, exercised dollars cost averaging
