if u do not use tech analysis, then did u c their balance sheet? if not, what basis did u based on ? gut feel or just gamble hoping it will go up?

this coy keep issuing more and more shares thru' convertible bonds...very soon they will do a share consolidation, say 1000 shares become 50 shares, then another right issue again. This is how the coy suck your $$$ to pay for the ppl high salary inside. i remember last time when it was known as accs, a lot of ppl say how good it was but in the end what happened! so avoid this fella at all cost as there are many better coys around to pick...good luck!

may i know on what basis you buy this stock? do u have any insider information that it will go up? or are you taking a gamble that one day it will go up?

48% premium lor.....but then again the share cant go lower unless they reverse split and hit 0.5 cents again

 

Hi,  as mentioned per my previous message,  the book value is only $0.003 per share or 0.3 CENTS per share which is about your 0,26 CENTS that you see in their financial statement.  ((Total Asset - Total Liabilities)/Total no of outstanding shares). so is it worth the while to buy their share?
