Today some big boys just wake to play, going to see better volume tomorro liao. 

 

Ring Ring errr.......Morning call going once..Wake up wake up leh..

 

Wake up big boys still sleeping at this hrs 10:00, got weak leg hah.. after yesterday drinking session isit ?? go drink some tonic soup 1st. still hanging at px of 16 cts after it got off to a good start at 165cts.

 

Seeing no action today. CEnersave finished unchanged at 16 cts on a low vol of 1.5mil share traded. it seem to be successful in it funding from big boys to support enblock sales of 5million shares per block to expand it Yima 4th plant and oso in Vietnamese company (wholly own subsidary - Amanda Industry P/L). Looking forward they may even take into consideration their associate - Amigos to take it into IPO mod, some thing is brewing which we may not know as Prudential - Vietnam is interested , having vested some $$$ in it.

 

Big boys goes averaging it price for today, (very little small player) it tested 0.165 cents, finished off at 16cts, collection time be before it move... to +ve territories.

 

Personnally. i feeling CEnersave is still a safer bid with their WTE management style in running  and roll out their plan, it is growing quitely and it still growing quite fast with it take over of  4th plant (Yima) in central China which is up and runnig liao. making $$$ and more in it.

 

CEnersave px look like going to test pass 165-175 cts this day, thk to DOW closed up by 212 pt (1.96%)

 

I like their management style of turning construction (lose making) into a waste to energy (wte) profitable company with it Tima power 4th plant generating revenue and with 23% interest or more interest in vietnam ever expanding firm. 93.8 news reported another 175 billion for enviromental (long term) or 1.5% of it GDP.

 

China Enersave to buy China power plant for RM163.8m



Singapore-listed China Enersave Ltd said on June 16 it agreed to pay US$45 million (RM163.89 million) in cash and stock for a 51% stake in a Chinese power plant as part of efforts to boost its power portfolios. China Enersave will pay US$35 million in cash and the remaining US$10 million via 96 million new ordinary shares.

To raise cash for the acquisition and to spend on the power plant, China Enersave plans to raise US$40 million via a new share placement with institutions and private investors, it said. Details of the share placement would be announced later.

The company is buying the coal-fired Yima power plant with an installed capacity of 270 megawatts. Yima, located in central China's Henan province, earned 110 million yuan (RM50.09 million) last year on revenue of 337 million yuan.

CEO Simon Koo told Reuters the acquisition price was fair as it represents about 6.5 times the power plant's earnings attributable to China Enersave -- below the PE of most Asian listed power utilities.

The power plant was completed in 2004 and is designed to burn low-grade coal, which will be secured by long-term supply contracts, Koo said. The deal was expected to be closed by Sept 15.

China Enersave shares, valued at US$47 million, held steady at S$0.18 (41 sen) apiece by 0647 GMT when they resumed trading on June 16 afternoon. The shares have gained more than 40% in the past three months.

China Enersave ventured into the energy sector in 2004 with the construction of its first waste-to-energy power plant in the southern Chinese city of Huizhou in Guangdong province.

Together with Yima, China Enersave will have interests in four power stations in China -- where it is building three biomass plants. -- Reuters

Prudential Vietnam enter into agreement to invest US$1.5 million in CEnersave Subsidiary company called Amigos, a whole own subsidiary of Amanda Industry P/L, an associated company of China Enersave. Prudential extended with in mind a further US$3.5 mil loan agreement to Amigos. PRUDENTIAL VIETNAM INVESTS IN AMIGOS.  

 

Look likely to go back to 165-17 cents today on good voloume.

 

Down side a little bit more, up side a little in this sliping downward look mkt, some support seem to come in at 15.5-16 cents. i think placement shares has been more then success placed out to the big boys with a min block of 5 millons each (fund mgrs), eventually CEnersave look very prospective and in good hand with it renewerable (WTE) energy. 

 

Ooop !!  it is US$200 billion and not US$2000 billion.

 

China is to spend US$2000 billion on renewable energy over d next 15 years, it is likely become China next booming sector bearing in mind oil prices is at record high. Merrill Lynch said in a recent research report & Value Partners (fund mgr) is aware of it. Beijing's new renewable energy policy, unveiled in Jan, aims to create a system of financial & policy support for d renewable eneergy, includes preferential tariffs for fuel like Biomass beyond 2010. it want to boost power consumtion from renewable sources to a fifth of its total by 2020 and slash on imported oil. Projects is in deed intensive & have long term govt support to psuh ahead.

 

CEnersave on consolidation mode, likely to rest till Thurs or Friday before deciding again to move..down side alittle bit, upside alittle bit more....

Up another +1cents to $0.18 cts liao on much better volume. I think it will go up, is a matter of time, isit closing of it placement shares is today??.
