Im confident DB's warrant strike price at 85cts will be in the money by end 23/06/08. I think they fail to take into consideration certain key events coming up which is sensitive to disclose here at the moment. Even without CE by 23/08/2008, share price of BIG will be worth much more than 85cts just on announcement of one of the key events. Plus, Abbott bought Xience for US$4.1B from Boston after Boston's Guidant acquisition. At that time, Xience did not have their CE approval yet and still enrolling their 1000 patient SPIRIT RCT against Taxus Express DES with no clear indication of how well Xience will perform in this RCT. I think D.Bank better manage their covered warrant position/risk very carefully or they could be in trouble by 23/06/2008.
Need Advices...
Bio Warrant.. expired on Jun 08. Exercise price 0.85.
If BIG got their CE within now till Mar 08, tis counter price might hit abv $1.1.
My understanding is that warrant agent will ensure counter price being suppressed below exercise price, isn't it?
Further to this, if bengster68 ever mentioned that take over from one of the big player (JNJ) comes true, how could 0.85 b possible?

DB issue Call warrent on Biosensors. strike price 0.85, ex date june08.
It is good to see some upward movement for Biosensor. The feeling is good.
I usually check the stock price from the SGX website under "B" and it is a joy to see that Biosensor price is now above that of its top neighbour ie Bio-Treat. There was once when Biosensor price was below 0.70 cents and I look wrongly at Bio-Treat [which was higher then] and it gave me a temporary joy. Hope this time around, the joy is going to be real and for Christmas too. Merry Christmas to supporters of Biosensor and to Bengster68. Cheers

Better watch out before buying today.... This could just be temporary peak to push the warrant sale.... There is no news regarding CE yet.... better wait 1-2 days before warrant settles down... it will come down to 0.69 range.... just my 2 cts...
