to make progress towards obtaining Conformité Européenne (?CE?) Mark approval for its BioMatrix®

positive and the Company believes that CE Mark could be received in late January 2008. BioMatrix® is
a unique drug

Biosensors will begin the marketing and sale of its BioMatrix® drug
approval is officially granted. Once approval is received, the BioMatrix® system will become the only
biodegradable polymeric drug
patients and physicians in jurisdictions that recognize CE Mark approval. Biosensors will issue a
further announcement and press release once it receives the official approval.
