Unbelievable! Must hv coincided with the Asian financial crisis 97, don't remember seeing Singtel at $1+ often.
DBS bought Dao Heng Bank at >3x book also crashed itself. The seller (Quek family) then use the proceeds to buy another HK bank at half price back-to-back. GIC/Temasek bought BOA, Barclays, Citi etc....the list goes on.
We should thank them - without such 'mistakes' we hv no chance to make money.

margin call on the way.
don't buy yet.
if the deal dont go through, SGX should bounce back some.
and if the deal go through, its overpaying and already priced into the stock.
so either way it should bounce back, currently, many people are waiting for lower and alot of shorts. thats why it havent bounce yet.
just my view.

actually now isnt the time to sell off or cut loss. should accumulate if u got spare cash.
dont confuse him lol.
this stock is already oversold atm, it shouldnt reach $8 before it bounce.
