Jusy look at CNersave, topping nos on sgx list $0.18 cents  and more then 5mil share done is it going to test $0.19 soon???. Big boys is working hard on prices.

China Enersave said it has counter-sued Shining Corp Ltd and also brought up claims against the firm's units, Embryo Design Pte Ltd, Cream Homestore Pte Ltd, and Room Interior Pte Ltd.



China Enersave is suing Shining Corp and its units for $62,149 and $663, 910, respectively, for expenses incurred, fees for services rendered, and inter-company loans.



The firm's unit, Admiralty Engineering Pte Ltd, is also suing Homestore for $81,639.



On August 25, Shining Corp had issued a writ of summons against China Enersave, claiming damages of up to $590,198 for the alleged breach of warranties following a sale and purchase agreement between the two companies.



China Enersave has denied the charge and said it will defend the claim.

Plans to build a 3rd biomass power plant costing in an industrial park in Changyi, Shandong. The announcement comes even before its first 2 Chinese biomass power plants in Sichuan have got off the ground. The 3 plants, which will burn agricultural residue such as cotton and corn stalks to generate electricity, will produce 24 MW each. It's seeking to exploit first-mover advanage while the industry is still in its infancy. It expects steady revenue from selling electricity to local power grid companies, selling by-products and potentially selling carbon credits under the Kyoto Protocol.

Here, the reason u maybe looking for, the purchase of Yima power plant will contribute positively on earning.It will contribute 11.5m(base on 51% and 2005 earning of Yima).The enginering arm which do machine installation for power plant likely to contribute another 2m(base on Huizhou project the arm generate 1m in profit for the company bearing in mind from July 2006. China has increase it electricity rate to better serve it people and CNersave is it term is allow to do retailing business to end user useage.
