they don't go all out to buy from the STRONG BULLS, most of whom don't even want to sell.
they just collect the weak bulls at Low Volume so that there is no need to have a very huge fund.

Hi, another noob trader here. Ive been a lurker in this thread for several days now.
Also waiting for this counter to retrace a bit to buy in.
Oh, thanks to all you guys posting information about this counter and about trading in general. It is a great help for newbies like me.
Blowing was on 1st and thereafter ebbing during 4th, 5th, 6th, may be even 7th appears natural for further blOwIng on 8th, 11th, 13th . . . . . . . .

There are 3 mega IPOs in October. Perhaps the fund managers are preparing cash to buy those IPOs.

Singapore shares likely to end in positive territory, paving way for STI to set another new 28-month high, says Dow Jones.
Benchmark +0.8% at 3188.80, with resistance expected at 3200. Market breadth still at more than 2 gainers for every decliner. “Investors (are) increasingly optimistic that central banks will do what it takes to promote growth recovery,” says Kim Eng Securities, noting BOJ’s recent rate cut, JPY5 trillion fund to buy assets.
Still, participation not high as volume light, at under 1.5 billion shares. Even usual punters' favorites like Genting Singapore (G13.SG), Genting Hong Kong (S21.SG) less active than before, with Genting Singapore +0.5% at $2.09, Genting HK flat at US$0.46 ($0.60).

You need to be able to see market depth. KE Trader has it too..
All platforms should have, but sometimes may have to pay extra. Call your broker and ask.
