I just registered recently but have been an active observer...
IMHO, quarterly results announcements are ALWAYS a trigger... regardless whether dividends are announced. And Kep Corp looks damn attractive amidst all the stocks out there.
Year-end rally should be coming soon with all the preparation for holiday seasons.
