I think he means that it is common logic in trading to buy above the support level not otherwise. Today, there is a great support at 2.0 so it would be better to buy at 2.10 or 2.20 since there is a support at 2.0. Correct me if im misundersting something.

If $2 breaks down below to $1.99 means support is gone, and price will go lower. People like me will go in and short this counter and it will go lower even faster.
