So u meant the prices will not be affected by the exercised of the warrants but will instead increased the total number of shares in market.
oic... But how is this going to affect "Mr Sim's past effort in buying back shares "? Do you mean that his overall percetage of shares will be reduces and thus needs to buy more to remain as the major share holder?
with mounting losses, its only a matter of time before osim issue warrants to raise capital (provided if warrants are exercised), share float would increase which also means Mr Sim's past effort in buying back shares would be wasted... current situation doesn't look good for Osim
don't even bother this, some funds just let go again, more than SGD 3 millions worth shares... better don't get yourself involved with this high risk counter.. i see no good news flowing for this company until a clear new vision or i would say direction revealed.. else, the shaer price will always under pressure... from $2 until $0.30 is a sad story..
Hi All, I saw from announcement that OSIM is issuing 1 warrant/right to buy 4 existing shares. Does that mean that OSIm is increasing no of shares while retaining exisitng share prices? or Is the existing share prices going to be reduced by a quarter?
well..the rate they were opening the local outlets...it was crazy....you can find OSIM at all the shopping malls.....rental must be killing them
at this price, i was half expecting mr sim to buy back some shares. keke
No problem, outsourcing China to do and improve the products and subsequently pushing them to the local market is more viable. If got extra, bring back home during mother and father days period loh. BTW, 5 RMB for making use of the machine for 10mins at the game villages during Olympics, not a bad idea sian. Dun know can make it in time or not??? AK think wild only lah.

Another Creative....

Not sure about the shift to China. But I think it is a good idea to close some outlets here.
Some of them have more staff standing around than customers buying. Especially in this kind of economic climate, because Osim's products are seen as luxury items rather than necessities, their sales will suffer even more.

Osim gonna close more outlets locally and shift attention to China where Mr Sim felt that there is potential growth in.. Just wonder, did he consider the huge 'market' of cheap counterfeit products in China?? Can Osim beat them??
OSIM in hokkien....
how low it want to go? wa pian.. cannot imagine those who buy OSIM shares, everyday kena heart ache..
Another 1/2Q away will know it's going more difficult to show the bottom line, that it. die loh. I mean the stock won't die, but the trading price, proof me wrong hopefully.
Right teeth53....the price is reflecting the condition...

Business look like downhill-ing for OSIM even after cutting and promising......unless it re-invent itself.
How long can they survive in this cut-throat climate?

make losses again, with the 3 'O's (Osim, Oto and Ogawa), looks like market is saturated and Osim is feeling the effect. Don't look good for now.
going towards 30cts. might be joining Gems Tv soon
Don't think so...not for the short term...
