MEDIA RELEASE: ALBEDO & TEMASYA EXTEND DEADLINE FOR SIGNING RTO DEAL, ADD TWO MORE LAND PARCELS TO DEAL

- Additional land parcels under negotiation total 157 acres
Singapore, 30 August 2013 ? Albedo Limited, a steel trading company listed
on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange, announced that the deadline for
agreeing to a reverse takeover deal with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd has been
extended from today to 30 September 2013.
Albedo and Temasya said they have today signed a supplemental
agreement to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) announced on 16
August 2013. Both parties have agreed to extend the deadline as well as to
include two more land parcels in the MOU for negotiation.
The additional land parcels, also located in Gelang Patah in the
Iskandar region, cover a total area of 157 acres, comprising a 53-acre parcel
and another of 104 acres. The land will be used for industrial, commercial,
and residential mixed property development. It is accessible from Johor Bahru
City via multiple access roads and also via the Tuas Second Link Expressway.
The latest land parcels will increase the total under the MOU to about
919 acres, including the 762 acres announced in the MOU last week. Under
the proposed terms of the MOU, Albedo will pay for the land by allotting and
issuing new ordinary shares to Temasya. This may result in a potential
reverse takeover pursuant to Rule 1015 of Listing Manual (Section B: Rules of
Catalist) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Albedo Limited was founded by CEO Tai Kok Chuan in 1988. It is
engaged in general wholesale trade, manufacturing and processing, and
supply and distribution of industrial and engineering raw materials,
instruments, semi-finished and finished products to the iron and steel industry
in the Asia Pacific region. Albedo was listed on the then SGX-SESDAQ in
2006.

Albedo is a losing money company since listed why tan do a RTO?
And also tan can buy from the new shares issue if he is confident in the take over. Why must buy from lim and hano? I know is smart money, if they got confident with their company they will not do it right?
bro. it make sense for Lim to sell from 13% to 10% of his stake because he bought them at 0.021 and sold at 0.05. You can imagine the profit he is making, so called the smart money. when the stocks went down, he bought in again at 0.047 or something like that. Hano is sold all his stock and there could be 2 possibilities: 1 being that he is just making smart money but another could be he is offloading for Danny Tan's side to collect, since RTO deal is partly for them to buy Albedo's stake. But Hano could have bought back some stocks again the very next day just like Lim did.
Believe that the extension of the RTO is more like more time for them to buy sell to earn more before the deal goes through. Beneficial for both sides.

Why both sell all?
they both are major shareholders of Albedo which at one stage, Lim sold some and Hano sold all.

The time would not be long..let's remain calm and wait patiently..the smaller fishes should not be manipulated by the bigger one..
Stay focus...if u have noticed...this counter is advancing by the week...
Do not get too bother by the small hiccups during the day trading and start to sell off your shares suddenly...
This counter is definitely worth waiting for..and u will see the result which we wanted it...soon....

Some thoughts to ponder over.
Yesterday we saw lots of buying at 65-66. Seems like it's consolidating for the next run? Or will it be a case of sellers are the usual few (Lim Soon Fang and Hano etc) where the collectors are from Danny Tan's side?
Part of the agreement for the success of RTO is that Danny Tan side will actually buy up the shares from Albedo's Team. The previous dumping from Lim Soon Fang and Hano created a panicking situation but Lim was merely reducing some shares as what he dumped was smart money into his pocket. Sources said that day the news broke of Hano selling all his shares, he bought back and the very next day..
What i'm saying is that the episodes are unfolding to us by the day and hopefully the upside is here faster than we think it will be. :) |

I am sorry if there are no announcement these 2 days.... Apparently my very 'reliable' little bird is not accurate. I was quite confident as the little bird bought a lot. I applogise. Hope the rumour will come true. Then again .. Rumour.
Maybe take some gain off the table to make sure you sure win and let the rest show you the potential.

For the time being we can only wait for the deal to go through. Anything can happen. I believe Mr Wise is hoping it to go through also.

anyway, i was actually looking at one of the criteria for RTO to be successful. It states that there will be issurance of new shares.. shorting seems low today and it ended higher than opening. Announcement of issurance of new shares.. something brewing? looking at upside next week. what do you guys think?
Continue to move towards 0.100 slowly.... Of course there will be flush, correction in between. In my personal view.
When will it hit 0.100? Mr. Wise will be in the better position to answer the question.
