Sell away dormant company, recover some cash then, a big portion go to the director's annual fee ? If company no make money. director should sacrifice- FEE Frezed till the company do ok, give a big one as special bonus. ? :) Sounds more logical right ?

111 million shares not a big figure. :)
Its a good way to get cash for expansion.
The 111 million issued at what price ?
Maybe this company say got it at less then half cents but sell in open market for half cent to collect cahs back instantly and make some profit in the process. Must check SGX announcement see if majority shareholder reduce their holding. why so huge change hand shares :)
Must be some big company divesting from them.

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the
“Group”) wishes to announce that the following companies have ceased to be subsidiaries of the
Company, following the disposal of the entire share capital in these subsidiaries by their
respective holding companies:
a) Accord Customer Care Solutions (Asia) Limited (“ACCS Asia”), a wholly owned subsidiary
of the Company.
b) Accord Customer Care Solutions (Suzhou) Company Limited (“ACCS Suzhou”), a wholly
owned subsidiary of ACCS Asia.
c) Accord CCS (Thailand) Company Limited (“ACCS Thailand”), a wholly owned subsidiary
of ACCS Asia and Accord Customer Care Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd.
d) Pacific Cellular (Thailand) Limited (“PC Thailand”), a subsidiary owned by Pacific Cellular
International Limited.
(Collectively referred to as “Disposals”)
ACCS (Asia) had ceased business since May 2010 while ACCS (Suzhou), ACCS (Thailand) and
PC Thailand were dormant companies. As part of the Group’s streamlining exercise to dispose
and de-register dormant companies with no foreseeable future business activities, the
aforementioned subsidiaries were disposed of to unrelated parties at S$1 respectively, on a
“willing buyer-willing seller” basis. There are no material conditions attached to the Disposals.
There will be a gain of approximately S$1.6 million arising from the Disposals for the Group
mainly attributed to the realisation of exchange translation difference.
Assuming the Disposals had been completed at the end of FY2009, the net tangible asset per
share of the Group would have decreased by 0.03 cents to 0.26 cents.
Assuming the Disposals had been completed at the beginning of FY2009, the loss per share of
the Group would have decreased by 0.03 cents from 0.12 cents to 0.09 cents.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or
indirect, in the Disposals.
