Those who sold this counter are just following the "bad" news for losing the BPL rights without looking at the larger picture.
Do remember losing the rights does not mean StarHub profit will drop in future and bear in mind they had never ever earn back the BPL rights which they won 2 years back.
No doubt there will always be panic sellers who like to follow the headlines causing the shares to be volatile within these few weeks.
My advice to all who are still holding this shares to wait for the 3rd quarter report on 10/11/09 before you decide whether to hold or sell.

btw, just an off-hand comment.. why would starhub px be almost on par with M1 comparing their market share?
the recent change in CEO is something to take note abt on mgt also..

Cable business is approximately 30% of org's business. This is to say even if Starhub loses entire cable tv business, we should not see more than 50% drop. Adding to this, no logical person would assume starhub would lose its entire TV business.
Not sure why the price dropped so much

All i can advise is that those who bought it at below $2 will reap in profit in near term.
maybe till it levels arnd the price of M1 then investors will wake up their idea.. hmmm...
