According to sources, Digiland could be party to a RTO transaction with a major player in the shipping industry. Market rumours had identified the player as a HK-based firm, and said that the deal could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. However, newswire Xinhua Finance had also cited the possible purchase of a controlling stake in Ximeta Inc, a maker of portable data storage systems, as a likely cause of the speculation.
Think the construction stocks rally is very very good.
Will have a positive influence on Digiland.
The sell queues for the warrant is so fake .....
Can see buyers keep buying up at 3 cents ..... buying behind a hidden wall .....
So far this morning 18 million sold to the BBs and yet the buy queues keep appearing .....

heard from my broker the MOU was signed about 2 weeks ago in Hong Kong that digiland may do a RTO and that the scripts will later be condensed eg 10 consolidate into 1.To illustrate his confidence, he purchase 500 lots for himself and keeps urging me to buy.finally gave in to his persuasion and bought 100 lots at $0.004 thinking that there is limited downside but upside unlimited if rumours are true.Besides it is not possible to go back to 0.0015 cents again.Any comments plse

Digiland could possibly go back to its high again. It touches a high of 6.5 cts on 3/5/07.

Digiland rose as high as $0.045 on the back of strong volume trade after the electronics firm said it was in talks over the possibility of new business ventures.
"The company wishes to inform shareholders that it is in preliminary discussions relating to possible business ventures" Digiland said in a statement on Wednesday without elaborating.
Dealers said the announcement fuelled hopes that the firm is a takeover target.
"The announcement confirms that something is cooking," said a dealer at a regional stock broker.
