Thanks. Imagine after all the good news our LOCAL ANAL-yst from OCBC revised DOWNWARDS the fair value from $1.40 to $1.23. Do they understand ? Bengster perhaps you should take over the PR department.

most exchanges where "Biosensors" is listed as OTC or Pinksheets, its
share price is rising. Munich and Franfurt are showing good gains
while in Berlin and also Pinksheets Biosensors counter, they are rising
in prices. All except Singapore side is showing gains. So it is the
shortists here doing the reverse. But I think they will soon realize
that they are in a risky position as taker-over bids will come suddenly
especially now when globally pharm & bio stocks are gaining
grounds.

and type the word Biosensors on the "Get Quote" and you will see all
worldwide listings on the company and the group. |

Biosensors International Group: Looking ahead of the CE mark
Summary: Biosensors International Group (Biosensors) recently announced its official award of the long awaited CE mark approval for its BioMatrix DES. This enables Biosensors to immediately start commercialising the stent in many countries that recognise the CE mark. Biosensor's BioMatrix technology licensee, Terumo, has also been granted its CE mark and will start contributing revenue to Biosensors as it initiates sales of its NOBORI DES. We should also hear positive news from Biosensor's 1700 patient LEADERS clinical trial in May 08. With the CE mark approval, we cut our discount rate to 20% (vs. 30%) but bottomline has been reduced with official guidance from Biosensors. With 2 years of planning in the works, we anticipate that Biosensors' operational and execution finesse in the next crucial 1 year will be adequately meted out. Fair value revised to S$1.23 (vs. S$1.40). Maintain BUY. Catalysts for earnings revision will be better than expected sales of BioMatrix and JWMS' Excel DES along with well controlled costs. M&A activities can potentially spurn strong response in the share price.
Since BIG moves the other way round I will just take it as a good sign that last week contra players and short termed investors are taking their gains and shifting out for good. When ang mos wake up later this afternoon we see how it goes. Factually, since inception BIG has never been in a better position than today. What we saw so far this morning could well be a mother of all 'traps' for shortists. Congrats to those who could still manage to buy cheap, cheap, cheap, even after the CE is announced.
Anyway nobody say it will be smooth sailing all the way. Bumpy & risky rides are expected before reaching the peak. But only few will survives. Lets see who will be that Edmund Hillary of this BIG challenge, apart from the loyal Bengster.

Dun be surprise. This counter is going to bleed red ink for the next two years based on guidance. Reminds me of another tech. firm-CSM. The only saving grace for BIG is for someone to buy them out. For those vested, let's hope someone can put a positive spin to the analysts brief last Friday. Good luck!!!
The shorting is very obvious. Somone trying to push it down below 1.00 & 0.97 mark so as to scare investors into mass selling. However dun forget that FA in BIG is very strong, Dun forget that the best is yet to come. Buyout may start soon as BIG shares had only a mild rally due to bad economy, if i were Johnson&Johnson, i will buy it while it's still cheap.. Maybe J&J is doing the shorting who knows ?
i m surprise this counter dropped below $1 today...sentiment for this market shld be a green in the market of red...guess the bearish sentiment is too strong at the moment

shortist plus contra ppl clearing it, think have to wait for a few days for it to stabilise. good that there is correction so can buy on cheaper on later dates. i think 1.20+ maybe reachable in short term.

Quite obviously, the big bad shortist/s are trying to stay the price until they have settled their overly short positions.
I believe the counter should test its high very soon. If not today, likely this week.

relacc, not as if u will sell on friday like that and can predict dow will drop.. now this counter is good to cover the gap, so the risk of buying is lower and smaller cut lost range. this counter should have future and keep as pillow stocks.
