Thanks for hosting this meetup on 18th Sept, Bro Spss.   Very much appreciated for the time taken in preparation and matching of nick.   Am looking forward to this day of meeting bros and sistas.:)

Bro, u predict AP moving down to 43 again?

Stockcham      ( Date: 15-Sep-2013 18:16) Posted: There is certain type of trading pattern where you can have the opportunity to make money. I will use the example of AP Strat and Ossia as examples. These 2 counters are recent uptrend counters. They move and take a rest. For this kind of uptrend counters, chances is that they rest and move up again. Move up can be just a small rebound or move higher.  E.g. below shows how you can take opportunity to make some money. AP Strat - After the chiong, it drop to a low of 43 and rebound. The next day it touched 43 again and rebound again. So on the 3rd day when it touch 43 again, there are 2 possibility it may go. Either it break 43 and move further down  without recovering OR it break 43 and move up again.  When it starts to climb back to the support price of 43, high chance it will close above 43. Previous 2 times 43 can support. The 3rd times it drop to 415 and climb back to 43 again. It show power to support at 43. You can take this opportunity to try some at support price. Ossia - Same thing goes to this counter. The main support price is 51. On Thursday it break 51 to touch low of 465 but managed to close at 51.On Friday, it break  51 again  to a low of 48 and starts to climb back.  So when it move up to 51 support again, it will mean it has power to close above 51. Same thing, can jeep some at this support price. On Friday I have confident that it will go back to 51 when I see it moved up again from its low. That's why I bought straight at 505 when 50 was eaten up. You will have to understand that the above is only applicable  for uptrend counters. For downtrend counters, it will be a bit risky because when it test its support the 2nd or 3rd time, chances is that they will break the support and go lower. You see, if a counter is going to break the support, it is unlikely to be able to move back up a few pips after breaking it. So watch out for those uptrend counters during the resting period. I hope you all can understand my English. Huat ah!

Last Friday, penny stocks already showing sign of weekness. and when stocks start to see rotational play thru last week, it's a clear sign of correction.

Expect correction on penny stocks this week. Monday first half of the morning will look decent   but come afternoon, it will be a contrast.

Do what you need to do.
