As this is their 25th Anniversary and the economy has improved and their Sky@eleven project finishes in 2010 there should be a bumper payout in their 2010 financial year. So keep collecting on weakness, but dyoh.

Yeah that location could be interesting. Its a little out of the way and doesn't get too crowded on weekdays but you should see the weekends! 

 

Still got students from Ngee Ann, ITE West, those seconday schools.

There is no shopping area in that vincinty so the Clementi Mall is a good catch

 

anyway...as i was passing Clementi MRT station....i can see the future Clementi Mall could really b a potential crowd puller....human traffic during peak hours is like those ants crowding ard spilled sugar drinks !! :P ..u hv HDB residents there...NUS/SP edu insititution...Maju camp further down...nearest shopping areas in the vincinity is Jur East IMM area.....this burger could really make a GOOD catch??? :P

 

Every Fri's expected like dat lah. Pple dun keep overnite shares. But pls bear in mind, not every Counters can buy during late aftnoon later even it's v v cheap. Especially those ctr gg 2 due nxt Mon / Tue. BBs'll set low low price & buy back fm those Ctr Players...
