Awarded projects worth $6m in aggregate for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of building management and automation systems for seven individual buildings in Singapore. The contracts are in-line with the group's strategy to expand its recurring income to mitigate the lumpy earnings, easing the group's cash flow. The group's order book is currently at $73.8m. The counter is down 1.4% this morning, perhaps due to some profit-taking after the 17.5% spike yesterday. Over the weekend, the group announced its MOU to co-develop homes for Japanese expats in Thailand.

Singapore, 3 July 2013: Local Master Systems Integrator (“MSI”), CNA Group Ltd. Today announced that it has received orders to design, supply, install, test and commission Building Management Systems and/or Building Automation Systems in seven different buildings in S'pore.
These projects have a total value of S$6.0 million, increasing the Group’s total orderbook to S$73.8 million. They are expected to generate facilities management and maintenance packages with maintenance fees, contributing to the Group’s recurring income base.
The buildings include a manufacturing facility, several commercial and government buildings, and a tertiary institution. “Among the new S'pore Projects secured, more than 50% came from the Group’s existing customers who are already users of the Group’s systems. These projects from our existing customers are extensions of their existing facilities which have been equipped with our systems.
This demonstrates both the quality of our systems and services as well as the good relationship with our customers. We will then also enjoy recurrent income from our existing Facilities Management customers,” remarked CNA’s Group CEO and President, Mr Michael Ong.
Expanding recurring income base - On the Group.s, Mr Michael Ong said: “We understand the importance of building and expanding our recurring income to ease out lumpy nature of our business. Since the start of this year, we have been actively building up a recurring income base.....
Look like all retail take profit Liao,,,,very quiet
Thk for posting. Think CNA is confident in moving into developing more property and managing them as well. Short term, CNA maybe on more players trader screen, mid term, it potentially worth more.
More players maybe watching n playing this counter...???. (Think so) Octavia ( Date: 01-Jul-2013 23:59) Posted:
