Haa!! 26.5 mil share awaiting to buy up at 0.35c, instead of 265 mil on a nomal day, very low in volume, vol is seen getting lower

We refer to the article in page 6 of today?s Business Times, with the title ?Digiland
shares surge on talk of reverse takeover?. The board of directors of Digiland
International Ltd (the ?Company?), wishes to clarify that no discussion has taken
place with ?a major player in the shipping industry?, nor is there any discussion
with ?a Hong Kong based firm?. Further, the Company had previously disclosed
its proposed acquisition of equity in Ximeta.
Additionally, the Company refers to its announcement yesterday that it is in
preliminary discussions relating to possible business ventures by the Company.
As matters are still at a preliminary stage, the transaction may or may not
proceed. The Company wishes to re-iterate to its Shareholders to exercise
caution when dealing with the shares of the Company
The Company will make the appropriate announcement(s) in the event of any
material developments

Directors of Digiland are covering their backsides saying the deal may or may not go thru.look at the pric it is holding well at $0.0035?$0.004,from april's low of $0.0015.can imply the deal will go thru.just be patient ,it will be another Baker or Rosley
