Seems so if you view them thru market price. However, if investor look at the value of the company, the company prospect, it will still be a gem after all.

DBS latest call, fully valued, but with the cash, Co must do some acqusition to enhanced its position. Vested, firm believer in mgmt, she would not let shareholders down. Remember we are in for the long haul. not a venture capitalist.

I do understand Pineapple still haven't unload the shares.
but what i didn't understand is the potential outlook of this voip business.

If mediaring is profitable from voip business...they would have generate healthy growth all these years. But the last 2 yrs profit wasn't too appealing and this yr, they had made an operating loss.

Besides, why would people wanna pay when they can get free services like Skype?
I just don't understand why KBW and pineapple wanna invest in this Mediaring when the future
of this business seems so uncertain.

Pardon me, me not guru.
Just personal opinion.

Happyseah, you are right, BB has started offloading since its profit guidance. The sub-prime pushes it further down the 30 cents support level. Presently, there is no news of Lee Pineapple offloading declaration which is required of substantial shareholder. Hence, assumption is they are not out yet. With their past accumulation, it is only rational that they will come in to buy more and leverage on their cost if their commitment is for the long term.

Trade with care.....

Lee pineapple is one of the substantial shareholder of this company. In fact, MR is not the only one that is down. Just look across the board and you'll noticed that most penny stocks have fallen in value of 30-40% since July. Reason is pretty simple isn't it??? Funds are slowly taking profits since then, when market is red hot!!! Market has actually been correcting or a while now.

My take is that funds will continus to unload shares slowly and steadily. The days of heady rises in shares are over currently....at least until these funds have completely unload off their holdings and have made a substantial profits!

At this level, it's a pretty good price to go in, but might have to wait for the next price rise. So please buy using extra cash.. and no contra please...

Don't write off the Pineapple too soon. They might be bidding their time for good entry price. Logically, if they had been accumulating from mere 7% to 15% at 35 cents above, will they not average when good opportunity presents. Furthermore, there is no sign of them cutting lost yet......

Not surprisingly, it might test new low due to market sentiments, but the fall since July look rather drastic and oversold.
