Entering VoIP and fibre optic business

The upward move is due to some sort of window dressing in line with the better market sentiments.

Prior to the August slump, the price was between 9 to 10 cents.

So no big deal if it goes above 8 cents.  It has to adjust with other shares.

 

Not holding any of ArianeCorp, just happened to be reading into it when it started surging and hence went to check on my StarTech and realised that many penny stocks actually gained mometum in the last hour of today.

 

GL to everyone who is still holding on to it. This one is really a junk. Bought at 8.5cts and got out at 7cts.. Just to let you know guys, they cannot raise cash for their acq except paper purchase. The management is hilarious

 

 

A sudden upward rally in the last 30 minutes breaking through resistances at the 0.075 level really makes one's balls' tickle and heart pounding.

Did any body also see the surge in StarTech in the last 10 minutes ?  A long forgotten beautiful feeling.

 

 

I don't think they have good management people in the financials of the company.  Anyhow pay too heavy price for acquisition.  Should not over value any target of M&A if they want their shares to be respected by the investing public.

 

I am watching this counter closely. The way they are trying to play in this Telecom market is not very healty. I heard CarrierNet is not making money and the other one 'Telcom' who enjoy about 2 years of good time and once the mobile operators come into the picture, their revenue goes down. And heard they are buying a company each in ASEAN countries

 

Any reason why not? Its about time, baby. Look at all the other penny stocks. Today's volume is very encouraging. Good indication where it is heading these coming days.

 

Dancing around at 11 cents, can break out or not ?

 

Hit the top 20 high volume twice within the past week. Looks like this counter is getting attention. No reason why it ain't moving like other penny stocks especially so with such good news...

 

 Still moving sideways like a crab today, hope tomorrow can close at 0.110 or even higher after many had taken profit today

 

It has fully settled its debt to to HK Fibercom pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of a fibre optic network business in the PRC, including 2 core high bandwith fibre optic network of 11,118.9 km and the right to access the maintenance and base stations situated on the fibre optic network.

It will issue 109,151,946 shares at $0.10 each to settle the debt. When completed, the share capital will be 852,382,005 shares.

ariane just squeezed out of the BB and with long green candle stick, very much like the 15Jan07 upsurge pattern.....it hit 0.135 then. today closed 0.095 so we have ~50% potential profit margin if it revisit 0.135 again this time round.

worth taking a second look next week.
