so hopefully it is a good thing.... sign of better times ahead hopefully.
There are rules that the directors can only trade the shares (inclusive of exercising the option and/or warrants) outside the black out period, so this might be the only windows to exercise for bonus issue.

SSH, MD and Han's Bank nominee also exercised warrants at 2 cents. To get more new warrants?? Or to sell?
