Ezra Holdings' 4th quarter result is tentatively scheduled on Sat 22 Oct 2011. I hope it'll not release another shocking negative result to drive down the share price drastically.
Reference is made to the press release " Koh Poh Tiong will join Ezra’s Board to help steer global strategy" dated 29 September 2011.
Ezra Holdings Limited wishes to clarify that Mr Koh Poh Tiong holds more than 41 years of corporate experience in sectors ranging from food and beverages to shipping, and will relinquish his directorships on the boards of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd and Asia Pacific Breweries Limited, and all their subsidiary companies, with effect from 30 September 2011.

Ezra Holdings: Talk of a potential listing in London
Summary:
There are news reports that Ezra may be eyeing a listing in London, but no decisions have been made given the current volatile market.
Unless Ezra is in urgent need of funds, it may not be its best interest to do a listing at a time when Aker Marine Contractors (AMC) is still loss-making.
The benefits of a listing in London may outweigh the costs for Ezra should it want to expand its operations in Europe, but the timing for a listing would make a lot of difference in terms of funds raised and the signal that it sends to investors as well.
We are positive on the long-term outlook of the group as it seeks to become a global leading subsea player but time would be required for a sustained turnaround in the AMC business.
Given the stock’s upside potential, maintain BUY with a fair value estimate of S$1.55. (Low Pei Han)

Hopefully, I dun't need to use my second round of bullets to short more at higher price.
I was surprised that the dollar can rocket up so fast after a significant gap down on open.
There's a decent chance for the dollar index to get back up to the 76.0 range and this can deflate the market a little bit probably within next week.

Don't worry too much, might not gap up too much. Just now earn back some crude oil, now dropping again. If close back lower, might not affect too much. US just now up 100pts but now only left 37pts, looks weak, closing then will know the result.  |

I think it maybe too late to cut when market open tomorrow. it looks likely ti gap up on open maybe to the 1.03-1.04 area.
Commodities plays are now trading very stong in US.
Unless it tanks at the close, it's not looking well for shortists like me.

Ezra has announced today that they have been awarded a chevron contract. On track to USD 1 billion target. Well done and hopefully share price able to reach $2.00 in year end.
