Can't get any worst liao. I am waiting of turn around so I'm vested. Doesn't cost much to be vested but potential is there. I just gamble.

Thanks for your supporting message ! But I don't believe. This one is gone case. Look at "Riffles Education" - next in thing to rebounce like OSIM. Good Luck.

Situation is quite similar to Citi, with govt ownership overhang kept the prices at $3 for so long, after it is cleared with improving results, fly liao. But got to be patient...of course last night dropped coz market not happy with results, but profit of $1b+ the qtr, it is getting healthy. Sense a similar turnaround happening for MDR.

MDR seems to have gone quiet for now....seems like attention shifted to other counters. If their latest Q and next Q continues to improve, and the overhang is cleared, this will fly...

If you continue to read all the way down, why I say so in 2008, I already write off, my cost is S$0.045 and it drop till today even in 2009, it was flat all the while in 0.005 and 0.01. Where got hope to rebounce ? In my heart I already long time write off from my portfolio ! Don't get caught, it is a dead counter. The director Mr. "Toa Kor Tye" or who, cannot remember his name, his brother is still in jail when he cheated Nokia for the outsource mobile service centre business, recently sell out chunks of share in S$0.005 and cash out S$1.5m. Even directors also sell out and going off, why we go into this dead counter.

Buy Raffles Education, good counter, chance of rebounce is bright future !!!

Ha Ha, you are wrong, not no body interested, it is cheapo that 41millions trying to queue to buy at S$0.005. And they managed to buy only 15 lots. IF you calculate 15 lots is S$75 and the brokage fees may be S$30. LOL

I can tell you very beautiful history of what is MDR ? Stands for Mobile Doctor.

They started from Accord Services, a super-star stock which the CEO is a young entrepreneurial award and SME 50's award company. A 35 yrs young promising businessman, secure a outsource mobile services of S$10million from Nokia, but later cheated on spare and parts over claims and rebate. He is later sentence to 7 yrs. Then a 3rd neutral party is form on the board which they rename it to MDR and engaged ex-Cycle and Carriage CEO - Philip Eng to revamp the whole organisation.

Who is the SSH - substanial shareholder, EDB and maybe Spring, thus after the re-structure, I went in thought it is a good venture and at least saw they own Handphone shop, 3E mobile (or other retails shop), they also provide outsource for home appliance for Philips and Samsung, also Motorola (but later pull-out, I heard). So I really don't know why, this outsource and retail of mobiles keep losing $$$ every qtr. Correct me on any info if I am wrong.

1000000 X 0.005 =S$5000.

Tat's alot of money, why do u want to let it rot.

knightrider      ( Date: 11-Jan-2011 10:12) Posted:

I would rather consider write-off and let it rot. I buy S$0.045 and at least I prepare to sell it at S$0.01 to lost of S$0.035, but not at S$0.005. I will let it write-off. and see this counter die off. LO

When u read my other post, there you will understand my frustration, when you put in S$45K and do you think I want to take back the S$5k, thus I will rather let it rot, or past down to my grandchildren if this is not delisted. To me it is consider write-off. Win some in other counters and lose a lot in this counter. That is realsitic of stock market.
