My averg price also @0.285cts.
Let see....
DBS said UFS is worths 0.52cts.
Westcomb said 0.62cts.
DMG said 0.74cts.
CIMB said on chart will move to 0.40 in short term.
I'm looking @0.50cts fair price.
Anyway, this coming half year earnings in aug will disclose more on their business deals in pulps and SG constructions. 2 more months to go, just wait a bit longer lor.

You sure you don't want to take profits!!

I'm keeping all mine and not selling.
I've came this far, I will stick with my conviction.....at least wait until aug half year earnings.

Starting to move..... have patience.....
I do not suspect anything wrong with this counter except that it has to capture the interests of the BBs.
Good fundamentals, exptremely good prospects...
Better put $$$ somewhere else, this counter is a waste of time, like kana suspend or halt...........
at times patience really paid off, like genting (i bought when i was at US$0.70 years back, but average down all the way to about US$0.15). but something is just not right about unifiber, it is not moving despite this super bull run, especially during the recent penny stocks run. frens who bought this stock (they bought even more than me) already sold theirs and move on...... i'm seriously considering just to sell when i break even.
If someone said Westcomb not so 'chu'(accurate) than CIMB-GK rating can or not?

LATEST !!
CIMB-GK technical BUY on Unifiber.
Spotlight on United Fiber System
Building its momentum
Description: United Fiber Systems (UniFiber) is adiversifed organisation with core
businesses in forestry, production of market pulp and woodchip, construction and property
development.
Immediate outlook: UniFiber broke out of its 1-year trend line resistance recently and has
been holding steady just above the support line. MACD is still on the rise but its RSI is flat.
Mixed signals suggest that more sideways movement ahead as the stock builds its
momentum again. Nevertheless, the stock is a Technical Buy as it trading above its
support line. Buying at its support line is a low risk move. Technical Buy at S$0.26-0.28
and place a stop below its 52-week low of S$0.255, at S$0.25. We think the stock could
likely climb to test S$0.325 next.
Medium term outlook (2-6 months): The stock?s long-term outlook is now bullish after
the stock broke out of its consolidation triangle last week. The weekly MACD is
strengthening while the RSI has continued to rise. Hence, we expect the stock to climb
further over the medium term. LT investors should accumulate on any weakness as the
medium target points to S$0.35, followed by S$0.40.

We buy/sell a stock for a reason and not by 'feelings'.
Without proof of earnings decline, how to sell ?

Japan land has been dorman for many months, now look at the price today.

Hi jm2212 ,
Since you've held onto Unifiber for so long, might as well wait till aug 2007 for their half year reporting.
I believe they'll have sparkling results to show.
jm2212... :)
Yes... that's true... it can be so frustrating to sit on a stagnant stock.
But I suppose, it may soon become a 'laggard'
and 'cheong' just to keep up with the market...
Indeed for a lot of penny stock, no news / no recommmendation by brokering firm and yet continue up is "Good" news.
The TP is for 12 months mostly. Recently there is too many tips flow around, in particualr from local brokering firm.
So does it reaching TP? A lot of them just surge for 1-2 days and retrive soon.
In additonal, if we look at the curret STI, nobody can foreseen its trend in 12 months.
My little opinion only, hope everybody earn more $$$$$
What about DMG report then ?
An investment in UFS gives investor a forestry concession, a soon-to-start wood chip mill, a yet-tobuild
pulp mill, and construction business. We value these businesses at 74 cents per share.
There is also a chance to own a functional pulp mill at a discount which would add 47 to each UFS
share. BUY for a narrowing of discount to fair value and the CHANCE to own Kiani Kertas at a
discount. Our price target is 44 cents should the Kiani Kertas deal fall through, and 72 cents if the
deal is successfully concluded. Implicit in our price target is a 40% discount for excessive market
speculation and unrealistic market expectation in the past. This legacy discount (or problem) may
erode when the mills start operating and the purchase of Kiani Kertas is more definitive. We
initiate coverage with a BUY recommendation and 12-month price target of 44 cents.
Thank you, 888Max. Very good information. Thanks for sharing. This counter should be waking up anytime now from its hibernation, and it will be up, up and away.
Henry$$$, care to share your thoughts on why Westcomb "... not accurate to...". Thanks.
