The Company announced that D.B.Zwirn Mauritius Trading Limited has on 1 Sep '06 exercised its right to convert the principal amount of $250,000 inrespect of the Tranche No. 8 of redeemable zero coupon convertible bonds with an aggregatevalue of $2,000,000, issued by the Company on 21 Dec '07.
The aggregate number of shares allotted to D.B. Zwirn Mauritius Trading Limited is 4,340,277
new shares at the Conversion Price, based on a floating conversion price, of $0.0576 for each
new share for the aggregate value of $250,000.

Do you notice that the share prices are being blocked between 7 and 7.5 cents for some time? Today it tried to break down with the weak trend.
I think something is up but I have already divested.
In order for the shares of a company to do well and command support, the management must know what shareholders are looking for. Bottomline is the first consideration. Good money management, sound policies targeting good growth in assets and good forward looking mentality with high IQ to play corporate games. Play a good strategy in M&As. Acquisition is like playing a poker game. You must win and not your "oponent", otherwise on show hand you are all washed out.
Let us hope that ArianeCorp has a good bargain in the recent M&A which will turn up well in the years ahead. Maybe cannot see the benefits right now. Hopefully later if the profits can increase several folds, then on hindsight we can say it is worth and justified.
If you're new, your broker would tell you what is window dressing. Just pick up a telephone to talk to him. Won't cost anything to those responsible if they want to do it..
Pension is rigfht. This counter will take time to go up. I think months or maybe years to move above 10 cents or even the 8-8.5 it was trying..
Prior to the collapse, I sold off the shares at 9.5 cents after learning about the M&A. I was shocked when it pays 23 times the profit for TELCOM which made a miserable 1 million dollars as a private small concern. This is the real joke and management are the jokers. I find the price of the acquisition not justified. Furthermore it was issuing shares instead of using cash.
this counter is not for contra player, it take longer period to go up.

We all know there are many other shares/stocks out there which were higher than the present pxs prior to the august plunge.
I was merely stating the feeling of seeing a counter or conuters surging up in such manner which has been missing for a while, never said anything big deal about the price of Ariane Corp going above 8 cents or not, (any one reading the historical chart will know what price it was b4 the plunge alrite).
What really amazed me was there are actually jokers in this market who merely throw money to widow dress up a trailing counter to adjust it with other shares so as to be in line with the better market sentiments.
Got such thing one meh ? Or pasar malam got such great publications ? care to tell me who the author or joker of the book ? This is surely big deal to my knowledge.
