pls enligghten, yes, I am looking out for trading opportunity,who know BB may push, I trade, I dont invest in these story.

probably a good chance of holding out for higher offers ?  if it is, then this probably is an opportunistic ground for  collecting ?

In my view its not the offerer or d price, the drive factor will be the amt of oil that they anticipate to find in the lemang block.
