SSH chairman Kris Wiluan who has substantial stakes in KS Energy and KS's subsidairy Aqua-Terra, has not ruled out a merger of the 3 companies. If this happens, SSH stands to benefit the most. Indonesia spends around US$5-US$8 b on services and equipment for oil & gas fields annually.
