Ya. Crazy counter. A while back heard some rumours when it was at 8c. Didn't materialize, then drop to 6c. Suddenly now chiong to 9c, maybe finally deal sealed? Mmm. I also scared to buy. Lol.
What happened to this counter over the past 2 days? Resurrect from the grave? It cheonged from 6 cents plus to 9 cents plus within 2 days... Never kena SGX query? I bought at 9.1 cents and let go at 9.2 cents.... Dare not hold... Earn some money for lunch at food court... haha

Friven & Co. Ltd announced that the company had on 26 April 2011 been served with a writ of summons by Kathlyn Tan Jiling ,the lender of convertible loan pursuant to the convertible loan agreement dated 16 September 2009, claiming for full repayment of an aggregate amount of S$1,205,675.95 (inclusive of accrued interest). The S$1,205,675.95 is due and payable on 17 April 2011 pursuant to the early repayment notice given to the company on 17 February 2011 under the terms of the agreement. The company is currently seeking legal advice on the issue and will make the necessary announcements as and when there are material developments in the legal proceedings. (Closing: $0.130)
