Dear derekchong, aiyo I didnt know it is going for morning run. Thought it is only going for morning jog since last few weeks moved like tortoise. Last night queued to sell and didnt expect it to be done so soon. Must hammer myself.
. However, am happy that I only sold part of my holdings.

Looking at the strong buy up, more are to come today. Remember the low PE for this counter compared with Wing Tai, this is also super laggard compared to other property counters..if Wing Tai can cheong above $4, I don see why UIC cannot go above $4 bucks..remember the substancial shareholder Mr Gokongwei is now holding more than 30% of this counter and also now it is trying to play catch up with the rest....cheers
