Yes i joint the share lending programme 3 years ago and this is the first time my shares were borrowed. They do not have to ask for your permission to lend as long as you have given them the instruction.
So someone borrow to short ???

from my experience if u apply EXCESS rights ....dun thk u can get 50% of the amt u applied for....got 20% not bad liao :P

I bought 10 lots right at 1 cent and apply 100 lots excess rights at 10 cents . hopefully get get at least 50 lots !!

looks attractive.. but once traded on 27.. it might also goes near 10cts bec ppl might just dump their excess shares gain tru bidding of excess rights if their take up is not good.. so watch their subscription rate when announce. one of thing also their report earning is quite lousy. But of cos,im sure we all kn even lousy earning stocks can cheong with some special news..
if nt at the current px. dw side limited.
