YHM has tested 6.6 cents many times recently n failed to cross , so it came down rapidly for another correction to the Fibo 62% level at 5.4 cents . Although the correction was fast n severe , it did not break the uptrend which is supported by 55MA .

This the former company before YHM as we know is called ChinaEnersave. This company specialises in building and operating biomass generation plants. I wonder if there is any relationship or co-relation to the former business Charisma Energy is going into? Maybe into renewable energy generating business on the sea aka wave/current and wind and maybe thermal? Time will tell when the management unveil more information on the kind of business Charisma Energy is going into via their diversification.

I look at this from a different angle. We no doubt are ikan billis... we ride the ship as shareholders. Our ultimate goal is to see the company progress and expand. Share dilution by means of placement will be common here as yhm takes on more projects. When the company deliver value and profits... we will see share value increase too. Hence placements and share dilutions are the way of life here as yhm need more capital for bigger projects. How else can the company expand if they have difficulty in obtaining lump sum cashflow to undertake big projects.
Take a look at ezion. They also have alot of placements now and then however the share value kept going up |

Let's recap for the benefit of new YHM holders. I've summarise the milestones in YHM over the past one year.
Exactly about a year ago on
25 Oct 2012 Ezion made public its intention to acquire YHM. Further
details are disclosed subsequently that Ezion desire to not do a
delisting of YHM however to make YHM an associate company.
On 20th Feb 2013 Mr Chew Thiam Keng is appointed as Non Executive Chairman of YHM.
2nd April 2013 - Placement of $30,000,000 at a fix rate of 5% interest in capital securities with convertible option to 1,200,000,000 shares (price at $0.025 per conversion share) should the placee decide to convert

with 2 yr extendable option to provide a semi-submersible rig in the

30 Sept 2013 -
YHM secures a contract with a value in excess of US$37m for 20 yrs to provide renewable energy services.30 Sept 2013 - Proposed placement of up to 1,000,000,000 new warrants at $0.025 per warrant.
25 Oct 2013 - EGM passed for proposed diversification of business
15 Nov 2013 - EGM to vote for proposed change of name from YHM Group Limited to Charisma Energy Services Limited.
Extracts on the US$193m contract announcement on 23 Sept 2013:The Board of Directors of YHM Group Limited (the ?Company? or ?Group?) is pleased to announce that it has
secured
a contract with a value of up to approximately USD183 million over a
3-year period with an additional 2 year extendable option to provide a
semisubmersible rig (?Semi?) to be used by a Southeast Asian based
national oil company to support its oil and gas activities in the
Andaman Sea (the ?Project?)The Company is
in the process of forming a joint venture company to own the Semi. The Semi will be upgraded and refurbished and is
expected to be deployed in the Andaman Sea between end 2013 and early 2014.
Further details of the joint venture company will be announced upon the finalization of the joint venture company.
The Project will be funded through internal resources as well as bank borrowings.
The
