Does anyone know when will the listing results be out? What will be the estimated IPO price in HK?
Generally, placement shares are offered at 5-10% discount to the last traded price to institutional shareholders in order to make the offering a lot more attractive. Based on the last traded price of $0.25, the placement price is a mere 8% discount. So there is a balance in the offering attractiveness and protecting shareholder's value.

They could have sold at a higher price. Why just 0.23? Is that the fair value that they have in mind? Please advise.
Anyway, this time around, the selling of 10 million treasury shares is not creating a big sell down as compared to the 18 million shares sold some time ago.
Good to see the sale of the final batch of treasury shares. I guess the free float is now over 25% and the company can focus on dual-listing. Kudos to the Management for making a nice profit from the sale of the treasury shares -

Sold 36,159,000 shares @ S$0.230 in 2010
Profit made - S$3.695 million or US$2.64 million
This will not be accounted in the income statement. But the change in equity will be recognized in the cash-flow statement and balance sheet.

Buy and Relax. When dual listing/M&A/special dividend is announced, the stock price will rise massively.
don't think so............the only news that can shoot this share is when dual listing starts.........any idea when..?
this counter will break 0.255 by this week
just afraid that when this stock wants to chiong, the bear will come.....; so no chance for Novo to rise
need to queue up, hv not reach the queue to chiong yet....patient!
Just need to be real patient with this stock; anyhow i still have faith in you..........

Just wondering if Novo Group is going to make it in this mini bull run; All the other penny stocks have started their engine...but not this; and what's going to happen to this stock when the trend start its downtrend....sigh
