Failure to close the breakout gap at 44c is a positive signal. May be the same for Asia Power. It didn't close the gap at 25c.

Hahaha..That is great, luckily I'm confused and did nothing!!! Will hold on to see if it can hit 59 cents. Are short sellers being force to buy back that caused the surge in price??

I usually buy stocks at lower price that people not interested in and wait patiently for the price to move up. This seems to work very well and but the problem is that I have problem finding the best price to sell.. Mostly of the time, either sell too early or too late...

BullRun... LOL :) .. whether you buy, sell or hold depends on your trading philosophy. A TA person will perform many more trades (buy or sell) in a year than a person following FA priciples. Sometime, the actions of both TA and FA people may contradict because they use different timeframes in investing. So the question is - What is your philosphy??

I'm confused...some say sell, some say hold and some say buy!! If unsure, the best thing is not to do anything.

From the charts (RSI and A/D lines), I think it has started to change for the worse.

Read this very interesting article from CNA, I'm convinced that FM are buying up Hongguo share over the last few months. "Just received Hongguo Annual Report. As usual, I read through it to look for more information to convince myself that I hold on to the right share. Apart from the normal staffs like looking for expansion plans etc, I find the changes in the distribution of shareholders interesting. First, number of shareholders dropped from 2945 to 2199. Reduced by 25%!! Next, number of share hold by top 20 shareholders is 310.7m compared to 287m last year. Increased 23.7m!! More share are hold by FMs now, including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Optimus Capital anc Citigroup Global Markets.... So what is happening now is that the shares are held by a smaller group investors. Most of them have the holding power. I believe the share price should be able to maintain at current level and will move towards it FV of 60 cents over the next few months."

Hi Singaporegal, I'm not good at TA. Please alert me is the charts singnal a sell. Meanwhile, I will continue to hold. FM bought at 40 cents, can I take that as a strong support and as a entry point?

Hey Bullrun, I never set target prices for myself. I just ride the wave and exit when trend reverses. Hard to say if it'll hit 60 cents. But I think it'll still uptrend some more. Basically, you should keep a close watch on the RSI. If it reverses direction, quickly sell. The stock is already overbought.

Singaporegal, So what is your new target price? If it break 50 cents barrier, do you think it can surge all the way to 60 cents? Thanks.

I think it will still continue up some more! Definitely some big boys are buying in from the looks of the volume transacted.
