Keppel Land may be in focus today on news it is releasing a new batch of apartments at its “Reflections at Keppel Bay” project with a relatively high asking price.
IT'S time to surge, look at the CCI. it reached -100 and now rebound, not only that it has almost touched the Bollinger Band's lower boundary.
let's wait for tomolo and see.
Look like cannot able to break 2.74 to head 2.8.....
any chance to up again?

today is 2.590 the lower i see.....good price in..... again....
DOW must strong tonight & can see up tomorrow again
Haha sorry sorry. Emm happy that Kepland is stablizing now. Hope it slowly move up.

Some say maybe bc Kepland China exposure in property is not high. Thus not really affected by:
> property tax imposed by china
But i don't think the property threat got any potential problem to foreign investor like Capland/Kepland / CityDev/etc. Normally foreign investor have some waiver if not wrong (to attract foreign company to their nation). Those property company originate fr China will be more affected instead.
