z why is my order still having a status of pending withdrawal. -.-'! been 2 hours already....

"Pending withdrawal" means that the broking firm should withdraw the buy/sell as soon as possible, when the deal is not done.In this case TIME IS OF ESSENCE. The broking firm should update the system immediately. Don't give the bussiness to them.There are many broking firms wanting your bussiness. Good luck.
But this problem has been for quite some time already. Last week was worst, Live Prices can't stream in.
I have problems login using their mobile platform too. Error message was like "...website traffice exceeded...please try later..."
For crisis management, d brokers should inform their respective clients immediately on d stopages so that clients will patiently wait for any transaction done before d breakdown of linkages and no more input any further transaction or surfing online.
As mentioned quite sometime ago, open another online broking hse could be a backup option.
I called my broket just now. Have to wait for another 20 minutes. Systems overload so they shut down. But seriously they should upgrade their server.
last time I kena....kept on buying though "Pending withdrawal"....my heart nearly popped out of my mouth when all my "pending withdrawal" status stocks all got "done"...in the end I ended up with 7 lots of big stocks.

I even call them but they gave me another number to call which no one is answering, call back the first number and no oner pick up for like 5 minutes! Stupid!

Help! My trade on POEMS has been pending withdrawal for the past 1 hour plus. I can't trade unless I know for sure its been withdraw. I hope I won't get a double entry. Anyone has experience the same thing. Pls advise.

True, high traffic over d gate-way.
2. Security software / firewall which will filter the data before display
Correct, anti phising software, ie firewall, norton at server will retard speed, at times. Home terminal commonly uses norton, got free update somemore.
Can activate pull down menu Tools select Advance, lookup Security, and your choice liao, ie turn off auto website checking etc..
3. More than one Java( Sun) installed inside the computer
Same with 2 above, select Java, only mark one Java, restart computer to update. MS VM, can select 3 of them.
In addition to below post, sometimes u may experience slowness due to the following factors:

1. Internet connection is not stable, sometime fast sometime slow
2. Security software / firewall which will filter the data before display
3. More than one Java installed inside the computer
I got this from poems technical support. For urgent execution, you can call your remiser to help u to key in orders. When the market is hot, u may experience problems logging in... its the same almost everywhere every broking house.

Normally, TR will info if their server got problem.
In ds case, not likely d server issue liao. Could be d nearest exchanges got problem or bottle net. If not it could be d local problem, ie remote lan mementarily hanged, internet green light changed to red. Reboot d whole system will solve d problem.
Good to do house keeping on your desk top or note book, after seeing your disk space had used up 70% and above.
1. If Windows user, go Hard disc C, go Windows, go Temp, delete all files there. If Apples or others OS, about d same plateform.
2. Go Local disk C, go Tools, click error checking for bad data sectors.
3. Go Local disk C, select Defragmentation, to tidy up d disk FAT(File Allocation Table), to make d system work faster, ie less timing to find d required files. But for this, once u hv selected ds function, u can go for kooning liao, as it takes hrs to complete d fixing, unless u like to see the cleaning process. Moving rectangular green blocks.

I am also a POEMS user but I did not encounter the problem this morning! I could log in with no problem.
