Frankly, I doubt there's much meat left if u r thinking of shorting. But dun let me stop u if u want to.

I guess it's because of its penny stock status. This might have the effect of not attracting the coverage by institutional analyst. It's a good buy nevertheless given its current undervalued valuation. Perhaps one day management should do a consolidation of shares to attract the interest of institutional players.
It's a Reit with improving outlook and relatively cheap as it is selling at half the price of its net asset. Not much attention from the market tough, hence hard to achieve a good capital gain.

Yes, those who subscribed CPPU will get dividend too.
Just a few question. today it just XD does that mean those who apply for the CCPU got dividend too?
I think you must be a newbie. Twice a year means April and October of EVERY year you should expect them to declare dividends/
