Reuters has said US government tends to make major announcement on Friday evening so that people have time to digest the content and make sound decision.
What ? To run or run faster.......these days.....
BOA $3.00...sad lah!
CitiBank $1.86....also very sad lah!
DOW JONES -180pts 7280...equally sad!I think the best strategy now is cut lost and preserve capital to fight another day. The mkt will be there always for us as long as we have guts and $$. If no $$ can sit at the sideline and watch oni!

What are you thinking when it touch 7 ??? 8 right....8 I will let it go....if 8 has come....9 look better.
This is what I would do......when you move from SGX to AMEX.....3 days and the price jump almost 100% is never since before.
I loss money there but luckily....again....President Hugo save me when he tried to nationalise his country largest telco. VNT. VNT drop 60% first night, 50% the next and jump 40% on the third day. The stock SUS 1 week later.
So which day to buy to make money ???? Luck of the purest form.......

I am also very greedy.....I am also very tempted to make a quick buck.
I also said many time that US market is too volatile to play but my greed is definitely bigger.
Luckily, my W-8EN expired last November. Can still get the night desk officier to turn on my trade and sign off W-8EN later ? I guess I will watch you all play.....pass....
Nationalisation is a process where banks will not go bankrupt but the stockholderssss will.......
SGX still got some juice left.......

BofA CEO subpoenaed, sees no nationalization: WSJ
Fri Feb 20, 2009 8:31am EST
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp Chairman and Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis was subpoenaed last week by New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, who is investigating whether the bank violated state law by withholding information from investors, the Wall Street Journal said late Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Investigators took testimony all day Thursday from former Merrill Chief Executive John Thain, the newspaper said, citing the people. Thain was asked about $4 billion in bonuses paid to Merrill employees, and in particular why Bank of America's merger agreement with Merrill contained a nonpublic attachment outlining the maximum Merrill could pay, the newspaper said.
Separately, Lewis told Bank of America executives at a senior leadership meeting on Thursday that Washington policy officials have assured him that the possibility of nationalizing the largest U.S. bank by assets is not on the table, the newspaper said, citing a person at the meeting.
