This I don't think is true, current tax are mainly coming from property. To reduce tax by 1trillion, that means a 10% reduce in tax for all sector. that will be a too drastic decline in a shot period, and economic crisis will happen based on this implementation as too fast and too drastic change which the government sector and economic sector will not take it. Don't forget the property burst in US occur when rate are increase, and people start to unable to pay the loan. But currently China are reducing the financing rate which is another side of the story.

Roughly check the order seems like sell order are all small and those buy up are with larger volume, suspect is a pre forceup before push down to eliminate weak holder, but actual will still need to depend on subsequent day progress to actual determine.
