No. Not yet.
Now we are in the bear market, not a good time to pick up any stock.
Beside, the chart shows EzionHldg going downward. Not the time to buy.

Few resolutions were passed in the recent EGM. May be based on that something is brewing.
Wow, fantastic ! No wonder there is such high volume lately. Thanks for the update.

Ezion at top 5 vol and up +0.025!
Ezion Holdings Limited :
(Ezra Holdings owns 14.02% of Ezion )
Group (Year-To-Date) 9 months ended 30.09.2009 vs 9 months ended 30.09.2008
Revenue: $56.48mil vs $20.49mil +175.6%

Net Profit for the period $11.47mil vs $5.86mil +95.8%
Earnings per ordinary share 1.72 cents vs 0.91 cents +89.0%
A commentary: for the next 12 months
-The Group has more assets to be deployed in 4Q FY2009. The first unit of multi-purpose self-propelled
jack-up rig ("liftboat") would be delivered before the end of FY2009.
-We also expect positive contribution from our joint venture in Australia in 4Q FY2009. Barring unforeseen
circumstances, the management expects the Group's performance in FY2009 to be better than that of FY2008.

Quite lot of accumulation one day and the next day heavy selling off. Always turned down at 78 cents. Hope today it can break the 78 cents barrier.

Hi Bon3260,
Need your help to push up this counter. I know you cannot buy any stocks due to personal reason. But you can come here and say UP UP UP!.
With tension in Iran, oil price will definately move higher.
Hence Oil and gas related stock will move up.
Ezion will move up with BB buying interest.
Vest and good luck
Ezion has a firm bareboat charter contract with Ezra Holdings for the other two liftboats, the latter has yet to announce firm time charter contracts for these vessels and may still request for vessel delivery delays.
Better-than-expected 2Q09 results. Ezion's recurring net profit came in at S$4.5m (+103% y-o-y) in 2Q09, on revenues of S$21.1m (+195% y-o-y), mainly due to an expanded vessel fleet. The outperformance vs. our estimate of S$3.5m is attributable to greater contributions from the Marine Services division and lower than expected start up costs for the Gorgon project. We have hence raised our FY09 recurring net profit forecast by 18% to S$15.0m to factor in these deviations.
Raising fair value to S$0.94; maintain BUY. On the back of lowered earnings risk from the recent positive newsflow on the Gorgon project, we have pegged Ezion*s TP to a higher 12x recurring FY10 PE (prev 10x), raising it to S$0.94. Maintain BUY.

More good news to come, with record Q3 profit announce in Nov 2009.Broker say more BB accumulating soon.
Vest and good luck
Ezion had announced recently that is is involved in the gorgon project.
Ezion should move since it is related to gas and oil industry.
It will benefit in one way or another.
Vest and good luck
Yes with Ezra moving, Ezion should move as it is also related to gas and oil industry.
It will benefit in one way or another.
Vest and good luck
Yes it will fly high, beyong $1.0
Believe it will be like another EZRA.

Seem to have secure the gorgon project contract. Good luck to those who vest.
Kim Eng Research report says: "Since its acquisition of Nylect in 2007, Ezion has laid a strong foundation for growth, and it is now time to reap the rewards. Earnings growth of 109% p.a. is expected over the next 3 years.
"Going forward, earnings will be boosted significantly by the addition of 4 self-propelled jack-up support rigs (aka liftboats) to its fleet of vessels. Ezion also recently won an A$350 million contract for early-stage work in the development of Western Australia’s massive Gorgon natural gas project. Ezion’s share price has moved up sharply on the back of positive news flow such as the Gorgon contract win. However, we believe its prospects have not yet been fully reflected in its share price. Despite FY2009 valuations of 35.9x, PE to Growth is still just at 0.33x. We expect further 28% upside to our target of 99 cents, which is based on 15x FY2010 earnings. BUY (initiating coverage)."
My broker told me BB starting to accumulate again.
Keep a look out. Most likely to cross $0.9 soon this week.
becareful, it is getting quiet again
