chk out the UOL qtr report..and found the following..seems that its NAV is about $5 for group...so if the MMP REITs saga has anythg for case study..i think this bugger will move up significantly soon...hee
or..am i missing something??

All local property & construction related companies will enjoy fantastic profit & will happily report it. Afterall, 2007 was a good year for them. It will only be surprise if these companies are not making good profit. It is nothing new to the market, thus, there wont be any jump in share prices.
