As I said, from contrarion point of view. Cant expect to buy near bottom if we are always looking at favoured sectors. Noticed some of them trading near 23.6% fibonacci levels or lower. Can also sit around a while more and see how things go. I'm also into Rickmers Maritime now, as I favour their outlook and structure over the remaining 2. Avg price is 1.10. Generally I think shipping trusts may have bottomed out. Anyway have budgeted to buy more if it does get cheaper.
If we have patience, we can limit our downside when provisioning for a greater upside.
Seems sentiment is affecting properties counter as well...think it is right time now???
From a contrarion point of view, I believe now is the time to start accumulating unloved property stocks like SC Global, Wheelock, Ho Bee.
BNP Paribas reduces target price for SC Global to $2.87 from $4.54 but keeps Buy call. Target price cut due to trimming of assumed selling price across properties by 10%, increase in construction cost estimate and assigning 10% discount to reported NAV. But says target still offers substantial upside.
"We consider this as a good opportunity and recommend investors to accumulate the shares. We believe the bottom is not far, if not now."
