it is a plunge man....some will sell massive...and some will still buy believing it is at the bottom..good for fishing....believers of both sides....with more standing at the negative end

Bull's eye....STI down by 180 over points or 6%...breaking the 3000 points easily.

With Asia, Europe and all over the world indices swimming in the red, how long will this last???

More to come....high possibilities as as margin calls, short selling, bad sentiments and negative news all add to the spiral downward pressure...

What a way to start the year.....2008!

we are likely to be down on STI on Monday not only because Fri's DOW was down even after the good news by Bush was announced...the confidence level is still rather low...

and also...Monday is a holiday for the US markets...as we take cue from the US markets...when ppl have no direction to follow...safety first...sell.......

thirdly...we are seeing DOW extremely near the 12000 magic number...we are just a mere 99 points away from it...many have already know that the STI rebounded is only due to technical traits...but overall market sentiment is still very bearish

With Dow testing 12,000 support level soon, STI is also testing its 3,000 support level this coming week......

CNY rally??? Backward it seems.

Dow ended in the red of 59 points nearing the 12,000 support level and killing / wipe out  the initial early advancement of  approximately 180 points. Sentiment is still negative even after Bush stimulus plan....

More to come...

Dow has confirmed the economic status and the Bear is ramping instead of prowling.

Jitters on Dow will test 12000 points soon...

Not a bad a idea though, simck001. Noises are common in the Stock Markets. Still need to be careful and take your time to choose&pick. Cheers!

Today's 96 points drop has carry STI closer to the 3000 support level ie. hopefully DOW do not close another 3 digit in the red today....

What a way to begin 2008 with a "COMBO" straight RED this few session...

More to come...

Surprise!!! Surprise!!!

Even when Dow is up 170 over points, it did not push STI into positive territory, instead down another 63 points to 3154.

Momentary it was up in the morning, bull trap??? Well, the closing speaks for itself.....

Red is the theme for now as Asia, Europe and States all are the same.

As I am writing now, Dow is down by 218 points breaking the 12,600 barrier...

What's next.....

Morning rise in positive territories is meant to entice speculators in thinking that most of the price is attractive and good time for.....

cherry picking.....unfortunately, reality prevails and STI fallback to the red.

Bleeding with no turning back and closing down 69.20 points......testing 3200 points soon....

Read from BT that US investors hold 16% of SGX market cap....very worrying indeed......

even though seeing STI into the positive region in the morning today...not convinced overall that the closing will be green...the market sentiment is still towards downtrend...the morning might juz be a lure...a bait

Not surprise at all since last Friday had fallen into deep zone.

Everyone cherry picking on the bargain that push up the market.
