The Directors of JES International Holdings Limited (the “Group”) wish to
announce that, in accordance to its policy of recognizing orders as effective upon
receipt of initial deposits, the Group has entered into the following new
shipbuilding contracts:
(i) Shanghai Baosteel Shipping Ltd (上海宝钢航运有限公司) for the
construction and sale of one (1) unit of 23,000 DWT bulk carrier. The
delivery of the vessel is expected to take place before 1 April 2012(1).
(ii) Shanghai Baosteel Shipping Ltd (上海宝钢航运有限公司) for the
construction and sale of one (1) unit of 23,000 DWT bulk carrier. The
delivery of the vessel is expected to take place before 1 July 2012(2).
(iii) Ermeland Shipping Inc, a company incorporated in Panama, for the
construction and sale of one (1) unit of 82,000 DWT bulk carrier. The
delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 31 December
2011.
Notes:
(1) & (2): these relate to the option agreement entered into with Baosteel Shipping wherein Baosteel
Shipping had an option to engage the Group to construct 2 additional 23,000 DWT bulk carriers.

(iv) Alkimos Shipping Corporation, a company incorporated in the Republic of
Liberia, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk
carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before
31 January 2012.
(v) Ionic Investment Corporation, a company incorporated in the Republic of
Liberia, for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk
carrier. The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before
28 February 2012.
(vi) Corinna Shipping Inc, a company incorporated in the Republic of Liberia,
for the construction and sale of one (1) unit of 95,000 DWT bulk carrier.
The delivery of the vessel is expected to take place on or before 31 March
2012.
The Company will release further announcement(s) of any material information
relating to these shipbuilding contracts as and when it arises.

Never hope a company will come to rescue its share price. Very seldom will it happen, but unless the company is very cash rich with too much idle money from profits lying around, they might buy back some shares but they also know that the market's sharks are too strong jawed. Don't like the risk. Hahaha.
