Pension how to be non profit org when u want to go ipo? shareholders want profits $$$

 

I think the government will support it, they may consult the association when reviewing the bankruptcy act. The criteria for membership as follow, 

common membership : bankrupt or ex-bankrupt.

associate membership : non bankrupt

institutional member : university,poly and school

corporate member : bank, statuory board, mnc,sme

Remark : only bankrupt and ex-bankrupt have the voting right.

 

There are many association out there lack of transparency. we must not follow there steps if we are interest to form this association, we need to be very transparent,adopt a good corporate goverance and this association must be a non profit organisation.

ya...then after a while we issue rights,if respond no good then  we offer share consolidations....if again no good we spread rumours of takeover.if still no good we propose exploring recycle business.still  fail we change to exploring oil and nautural resources...last resort...we list casket companies...this 1 sure make $$.ppl need to die

Tuapehkong, you are very innovative, once the bankruptcy association is form, we can incorporate subsidiaries and IPO them in few years time.

There are various associations in singapore but do not have an association to represent bankruptcy. Are you interested???
