Chaikin is uptrending. Based on Fibionacci calculation of the 2 previous peaks on 25/10/06 and 20/11/06, the next peak is projected on around 12/1/07. May be a good time to accumulate on this stock.
Master Sporeregal, wat is your view on this ?
Trend somewhat uncertain... but I feel its still on a downtrend
But somehow, FA-wise, the spectre of low low memory prices don't seem to gel well with this one rising signficantly... unless say, resin is scarce or threatened...
This seems to hv reached its support of 0.285? Shld be safe to accumulate some.
Still downtrending or stagnating I think... no sign of trend reversal yet.
Doubtful whether to buy when this counter goes slower. Since flash memory business may not be too lucrative. Memory prices have fallen so much have fallen so much.
A short while ago, I used to pay more than $200 for a piece of 256mb SD card. :(
Today, with the same $200, I can buy 4 pieces of 2Gig SD cards :) !!!
thnkx... :(
Hi iPunter,
I think this one is still downtrending some more.

Hope Singaporegal can do some 'divining' on this counter as I am keen to go in. :)
Is it time to take a punt on this counter? The price looks good now.
Provided it's not spoilt by the Dow falling.

Any idea how much lower this stock will go?
They have a star product with lots of potential. So, fundamentals are very good. The integration of TwinMos into MemD will strengthen its leading position as a maker of flash memory. It's current price level is quite attractive. The only downside is market cap is not large.
Hi,
I am not pouring cold water to all. Since after IPO, this counter is very quiet. They just want to acquire any business in Electronic, I heard from the correct source, they are the group of old employee who branch out from the original startup Twinmos of Taiwan.
In the begining of this year, they wanted to buy a company in Tong Guan - ShenZhen, I cannot disclosed to you the company name, it is confidential but start with letter "K", this K company rejected them.
Thus, they got no choice and not familiar with other markets and buy back their old mother company which they original birth from. So I am not pouring cold water, this merging and buying Twinmos is some drama or what ..... you figure out yourselve !!! Good Luck.

During yesterday's STI sell-down, this counter just dropped straight through a support level without the slightest hesitation as though it's not there.
It seems that some stocks just don't respect support levels at all! :)

The share price has broken out of the 200 Day MA. Momentum is up and accumulation rising. I see a reversal of the bearish trend and the share price moving into a bullish phase.
It gained after the company reported that its third-quarter net profit rose 42% yoy, driven by strong sales of DRAM and flash memory chips and said it expects business volumes in the fourth quarter to remain brisk.
DRAM sales will remain strong, bolstered by demand from PC makers, ahead of the launch of Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system, the company said.
Demand for flash memory in the MP3 player and mobile phone market is also expected to remain firm, it said.
Samsung, the world's top memory chip maker, also said something similar to this effect.

Volume very inconsistent for this counter. Might be a "baby-sitter". Flash memory is indeed a huge market which explain why Intel is teaming up with another company to explore the flash market in Singapore.
Hi,
I bought some at today's low price of 0.29 to average down. Cos I am still holding to the shares bought previously at 0.41. So my breakeven is now 0.35.
I still have faith in the shares that it will run up to high price of 0.47 in April 06. Flash memory has a huge potential mrkt.
Hi tinatio,
yes... agree with you on that point! Penny stocks are very volatile. I suggest only use FA for stocks that cost < $1.0
