An official MOU leads to specific formal agreement/s ... :)
It is not just a verbal nodding of understanding...
what do you guys think this MOU means for the price action later today, and for the longer term?
Yeah lottery business sure can earn monies but them MOU is not a formal contract correct? The deal is not confirmed as long as a formal contract is not signed correct? It is still juz an understanding between 2 parties from wat I understand? :P
