DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT IN IOMNI PRECISION, INC, AN ASSOCIATED

COMPANY

The Board of Directors of Sunningdale Tech Ltd ("STL?) wishes to announce that the

STL Group has disposed of their investment of 40% in the share capital of Iomni

Precision, Inc (?Iomni?), an associated company in the Philippines to Ionics, Inc, a

corporation registered in the Philippines.

The sales consideration was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis and was

payable in cash immediately on completion of the sale. The sale was completed on 2

October 2007 and the sales consideration is Peso 25,600,000 (approximately

S$841,745)

The carrying value of this investment, representing share of the net tangible asset value

of Iomni is $632,707. This is based on the unaudited management accounts of Iomni as

at 31 August 2007. Hence, the disposal of this investment has resulted in an increase in

net assets of the Group by $209,038.

There is no material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the

Group in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2007.

None of the Directors has any interest, whether direct or indirect in this transaction. The

Directors are also not aware of any substantial shareholder having an interest, whether

direct or indirect in this transaction.
